Jason Hunter moved to Clarion from North Carolina in 2011. Since then, he has served as FBC's lead pastor. Jason is married to his wife Shelley of 20 years. Jason likes to be called by his first name and has an interest in Bonzai Trees.

Jarrett Furnish began serving at FBC Clarion in 2020. Jarrett serves as Associate Pastor of Families & Students. He and his wife, Lu moved back to Clarion after serving in Zambia for many years. Jarrett's favorite smell is fresh cut grass.

Randy Leadbetter has been a member of First Baptist for many years. He has been serving as Associate Pastor since 2013. His favorite smell was when both his grandmothers would bake fresh bread when he would visit.
